CP Kids Pre-Registration

You may complete this form to Pre-Register your children for CP Kids Sunday Services. This speeds up the first-time family process, so when you come for the first time, you will have already completed the paperwork needed to check-in your child. You will still come to the CP Kids Check-In desk to get your name tags for the first time, ask any questions you might have, and to get shown to your child's classroom!
